Canadian actor James Durkin made a name for himself on the big screen. Durkin started off his career in film with roles in "Derelict" (1930) and the George Arliss biopic "Alexander Hamilton" (1931). Later, Durkin acted in "Wild Girl" (1932) and "The Devil's Mate" (1933). Durkin was most recently credited in "Rent Control" (ABC Family, 2005-06). Durkin passed away in March 1934 at the age of 55.
