Roland West
Roland West worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. West began his entertainment career directing independent films, including early work on "The Monster" (1925) and the adaptation "The Bat" (1926) with Andre DeBeranger. He continued to work in film in the twenties and the thirties, directing motion pictures like "The Dove" (1927), the crime adaptation "Alibi" (1929) with Chester Morris and the Chester Morris adaptation "The Bat Whispers" (1930). West last directed "Corsair" (1931). West was married to Jewel Carmen. West passed away in March 1952 at the age of 67.
