Roy Atwell was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Atwell started off his career in film with roles in "The Heart Specialist" (1922) and "Souls For Sale" (1923). Atwell made film his next project, appearing in "The Fleet's In" (1942) and "Gentleman Joe Palooka" (1946). Later in his career, Atwell acted in "People Are Funny" (1946). Atwell passed away in February 1962 at the age of 84.
