Tom Steele was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Steele landed roles in various films, including "Zorro's Black Whip" (1944), "Haunted Harbor" (1944) and the adventure "King of the Forest Rangers" (1946) with Larry Thompson. He also appeared in "Cyclotrode "X"" (1946), the mystery "G-Men Never Forget" (1947) with Clayton Moore and "The Black Widow" (1947). He continued to act in productions like "Dangers of the Canadian Mounted" (1948), the western "Ghost of Zorro" (1949) with Clayton Moore and "Lost Planet Airmen" (1949). He also appeared in the Richard Powers western "Desperadoes of the West" (1950). Steele had a number of different projects under his belt in the sixties through the eighties, including "The Spiral Road" (1962), "The Cat From Outer Space" (1978) and "Alligator" (1980). His credits also expanded to "The Blues Brothers" (1980) starring John Belushi and "Scarface" (1983) starring Al Pacino. Steele more recently appeared on the documentary "Resident Alien" (1991) with Quentin Crisp.
