Justin T I don't think I have ever seen an Irish film that I thought was good. Sorry. This does nothing to change my opinion, it only confirms it. The acting was horrible, this really stood out to me. The film overall was bad but the core underlying issue was that it had a terrible script. The only good bit was some hefty violence towards the end. The worst is the mish-mash of dull horror with teen romance. A bad mix overall. Save your time and don't bother watching this, it's boring. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/24 Full Review robert p A really really rediculus Movie that naturally makes no sense, but I did enjoy it a little bit (but won't watch it again!! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Boy Eats Girl isn't "wickedly funny" at all its really boring, really lazily done. A low-budget horror comedy is never something I'd turn my nose up at so I watched it with hope that it'd be good but its not. Some of the acting is taken too seriously and there's barely any decent plot involved at all. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched this under the idea that it would be an overly campy European horror film, and really, it wasn't. It didn't have much in the area of suspense, and it really wasn't scary, but it was funny and very witty. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent zombie comedy. Average story though, and it seems like they were riding on Shaun of the Deads coattails... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Nothing real special, it doesn't really stand out as a zombie movie or a romantic comedy. Typical teen characters, a boring setting, and a average plot. The jokes aren't too funny, the pacing is a bit slow, and the ending is predictable. It has a clever title at least.
