Brent McKnight The Last Thing I See Like an updated version of "Escape From New York," except with zombies, and robots, and Dolph Lundgren. For a time the movie is exactly as much ridiculous fun as that sounds. But only for a time. Rated: C- Jul 8, 2020 Full Review Abbie Bernstein Assignment X Battle of the Damned is far from a classic, but if you are in the mood to see fast zombies up against faster feet, fists and firearms, it certainly fills the bill with energy and some panache. Rated: B Jan 16, 2019 Full Review Reagan Gavin Rasquinha The Times of India One of the first among many plot holes you will wonder about is how Gatling is a military rank despite clearly being a mercenary. Does he have a backstory? Rated: 2/5 Nov 15, 2017 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member An entertaining 'zombie' flick (Even though the young nerd tries to say that they are not true 'zombies'), but still another zombie flick. They all have different twists and the different twists in this one are: It is kept localized to one city by the military and a large wall (Think Escape from New York); It started from an accidental release of a biological virus (Think Wuhan, China, bioweapons lab and the Chinese flu we are currently facing); Though the setting is in SE Asia (Again, think Wuhan, China) the city & characters more resemble New York. The robots were a nice twist & I especially liked the dog robot. Brief synopsis: Dolph & his team are sent into the zombie city to rescue a CEO's daughter (Again, think Kurt Russell in Escape from New York) but bad intel costs the lives of his team. There is the usual drama developed between the different personalities of the group of survivors hold up in a palace like compound & how they conflict with Dolph's mission. Dolph does a good job in his role but the others, for the better part, flop. I did not care for hollywood's continued anarchist portrayal of big business and the CEO. Everyone had the usual infinite ammo cheat & fired a couple of hundred pounds of ammo apiece. Too much shaky camera, too much unnecessary vulgarity, and too much dark work, but still worth watching . Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Lame combination of zombies and robots. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member At the beginning i thought it was going to be an OK movie. But the cheesy script and mix with zombies and robots just made me want to cry Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Crazy action with Vampires , Robots , Blood and Mr. Lundgren who i liked more now he's got more wrinkles then in his early years ! SOMDVD Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member pésimo manejo de cámara Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It was....umm...different. Take the tired and tried method of zombie dealings and escalate it with the introduction of robots who can annihilate them. The flown of the movie was pretty good, we had a fairly basic beginning, introduction of one of the main characters, then that character is introduced to another main, and then that main shows the other main the other characters in her group, and then escape the city that's getting bombed to get rid of all the zombies. Nothing special. Except the robots. Fun movie, not violent at all. Not graphic. Totally worth a watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
