Fails to meet the standards set by previous Bikini Summer films. Makeup artist enters Mermaid Body Splash bikini contest in Miami. Gay stereotype is particularly embarrassing for 1997. Heather-Elizabeth Parkhurst is no Melinda Armstrong.
