A fascinating & compelling documentary chronicling in my opinion the greatest silent comedian ever to live...yes funnier than chaplan.
It showcases his talent & the behind scenes information on how he created the amazing stunts he did. He was an incredibly clever man & deserved much more praise than he received.
This documentary was brave enough to talk about the darker years in Keaton's life & share the tragedy of his talent. Truly when Keaton was forced into Studio structure that was the beginning of the end.

One of the best documentaries I have ever seen, on one of the greatest and most talented legends in movie history.
The series is split into three parts and covers Buster Keaton's life from his vaudeville days via his introduction to film, his fall from the top, and the rediscovery of his films some 30 years later when he was finally hailed as the multi genius he truly was.
It gives a detailed insight to both his personal and professional life, and includes interviews with people who were close to him at different stages of his life, including his wife of 26 years, Eleanor Keaton.
Thankfully, Keaton lived long enough to know that he was not a drunken failure but universally admired. Deeply recommended!
