Audience Member You have to feel sorry for Lee Marvin. He made this movie in 1983~1984 titled Canicule in French and he died three years later. He is made to run in a wheat field in the sun, he has to talk to French actors in difficult situation, he is dubbed by an actor with an American accent and he kills himself at the end. The plot does not make any sense and it was not even filmed in the Beauce region nor in Chartres, its main town. I mean zero redeeming factors in this outside of it containing both Miou-Miou, the only woman who goes by the French slang for "pussy cat," and Lee Marvin who looks mostly ashamed for being here because I guess not even drink could justify this crap.
