This has a pretty fun story if you can get past how cheap it is.

Decent attempt to make a movie saga of Das Niebelungen Lied, the Dark Ages German bard's song, the Germanic/Norse equivalent of King Arthur. Mike S, the featured "Super Reviewer," shows his ignorance when he says it's "shamelessly ripped from Lord of the Rings." The truth is the other way around. Tolkien was a medieval and Dark Ages literature scholar who was inspired by, among other pieces, the Nibelungen Lied.

A good miniseries adaptation of the Ring of the Nibelung saga, but one that suffers for its low budget and hammy acting.
