Synopsis
The notion of a "house divided" takes on new meaning in this portrayal of an apartment building on the West Bank directly on the border that separates Israel and Palestine. The front of the building belongs to Israel, the back to Palestine. The building's inhabitants are three Palestinian widows who raise their children under the watch of Israeli commandos posted atop their roof. Caught in the middle of this great conflict, they face many challenges.
