Ed Gonzalez Slant Magazine Amy Nicholson’s empathy for her subjects is undeniable. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 27, 2024 Full Review Louisa Moore Screen Zealots This isn’t just a documentary about a trailer park; it’s a human interest story that resonates with anyone who values community, tradition, and the simple pleasures of life. Sep 2, 2024 Full Review Emily DuGranrut In Review Online Ultimately, Happy Campers is the kind of film that functions as a testament to the power of place and the resilience of the human spirit, but without any of the maudlin sentimentality such a description implies. Aug 8, 2024 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru Eye-opening, picturesque and genuinely heartfelt. Aug 4, 2024 Full Review Bill Arceneaux Moviegoing with Bill Made up entirely of beautiful shots, the kind that tells stories on their own, define the people that are featured, and move our hearts to beat at their fullest capacity. Rated: 4/5 Jun 5, 2024 Full Review Christian Gallichio The Playlist Happy Campers sometimes feels like a lark, only glancing at the cycles of capitalism that erase these communities. But it’s nevertheless an emotional exploration of a group on the fringes and how anyone can find a welcoming community. Rated: A- May 17, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

freddie m What a sucker punch... If you make a sad documentary dont try to increase your grosses by posting misleading reviews in your trailer. "magical" "beautiful" "...community... that America and the world is in dire need of" What a crock. This director AND rotten tomatoes have lost all credit. 100% fresh RT? Audience reviews not available yet? Eff you RT. Release date was over a year ago. I really REALLY needed a pick me up and I chose this Doc based on the RT score. What I got was a calculated and total lie. Thanks for nothing to all involved. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/14/24 Full Review Read all reviews
