Audience Member This Jane Eyre Adaption is BY FAR the best of any of the Jane Eyre adaptions. Timothy Dalton was born to play Rochester, Zelah Clarke is able to portray the very intricacies and nuances of Jane in a way no other actress ever has been able to, and due to its length, it is almost a perfect adaption of the book. Jane Eyre is my favorite book, and I am very critical of any film adaption of it, but I could watch this one over and over again. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member THE absolute best Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester of them all. Clark /Dalton have absolute chemistry that i can't believe can be denied. I appreciate keeping with the way Charlotte Bronte wrote vs. the rephrasing for modern intellects like some adaptations may be forced to do. It's so close to the book in every way I can think off & that is the best recommendation you can make for any movie / tv show based on a book! I love Timothy Dalton as Mr. Rochester, he does it perfectly in my opinion! I could go on & on about how much I liked this!
