Audience Member Excellent documentary. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Right up there with the best zombie films like Night and Dawn etc. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member For fans of the Classic zomedy Return of the Living Dead is a stunning, well crafted documentary that recounts the making of the classic film. Here, we get the insight of the cast and crew who offer fans some informative and great interviews. The film has been an iconic twist on the zombie genre, and its legacy has reinvented the genre as well. More Brains, is a must watch for fans of the film, and personally as a fan, I thought that this offered many great stories from those involved, and fans will surely enjoy the plateau of information and memories that those involved share is wonderful. This is a highly engaging documentary that chronicles the making of the film from the earliest of the ideas to the finished film. Although not as in depth as other works such as Crystal Lake Memories and Never Sleep Again, More Brains more than satisfies and it's a documentary done as tribute to the film's legacy. In terms of a documentary, More Brains definitely goes in depth into its subject and it's a film that really does manage to capture the making of a classic. With great interviews and behind the scenes footage, More Brains is a must watch for fans of the film and any genre fan in general. If you're looking for a great making of documentary, then this is one of the finest examples that have been made. There are a few minor issues here and there, but what More Brain accomplishes is an entertaining film that is sure to delight fans. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member A very interesting documentary about the filming of "Return of the Living Dead." Interviews with the entire cast (sans the guy who played Suicide). This is the film which created the idea that zombies are brain eaters; the interviews shine more light onto the idea's origin and cultural impact. Also, I finally got an explanation for Linnea Quigley's missing genitalia. A definite must-see for any fan of the film. (If you've not seen it, here: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2cha9p_the-return-of-the-living-dead-full-movie-1985_shortfilms) Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member This surprisingly honest Return of the Living Dead documentary starts off really strong, but then looses its steam a little bit when it comes to just breaking down scenes of the movie. Still, incredibly entertaining throughout. Great stories. RECOMMENDED. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review daniel h One of the best making-of documentaries you can see. The atmosphere in it is fun and Halloweeny, and the cast chemistry is still strong all these years later. Fun and enlightening, More Brains is a treat and a must-see for any fan of return of The Living Dead. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
