Lou H A nice look at Derrick's early years. Interviews with his mom and brother are enlightening. You get a great exclusive reaction of Rose hearing of his trade from the Bulls. Paxson comes off as heartless, clueless about how to handle Rose's injury, which seems like an echo from Hoop Dreams where the team and coach fail to support the star when injured, only pressuring him to get back on the court. The Bulls' failure to address Scottie Pippen's woefully underpaid contract, as depicted in the Last Dance, is another example of the Bulls' management destroying chemistry of a great team for the sake of saving a few bucks. My only beef with Pooh, is the name of the film, Pooh. Nobody except Derrick's close family and friends are familiar with that nickname so it looks weird without context.
