Alison Willmore BuzzFeed News Sanjay's Super Team feels like it's in a league of its own. Dec 9, 2015 Full Review Tasha Robinson The Verge A fast-paced, dynamic superhero throwdown, full of Tron-worthy, bright, glowing colors and a tremendously effective sound design. It's sweet and intense, and it treads new ground in diversity for Pixar... Bring on the Sanjay movie. Nov 25, 2015 Full Review Mike Massie Gone With The Twins The action scenes are of the hopelessly juvenile kind often found on youthful television shows or children's anime. Rated: 3/10 Dec 4, 2020 Full Review Leslie Combemale Cinema Siren Timely, poignant, sweet, and exciting. Rated: A Oct 17, 2019 Full Review Rachel Wagner rachelsreviews.net It is a beautiful film about how a meeting of the minds can occur and generations can understand each other better. Rated: A+ Apr 15, 2019 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film Overall, the film is rather slight, but it's an appealing slice of (mostly fantasy) life and an affectionate reflection on a treasured personal relationship. Rated: 3.5/5 Feb 22, 2016 Full Review Read all reviews

Jeffrey M Sanjay's Super Team was an amazing short. I watched it just now and it was really good. Sanjay's Super Team had amazing animation. What a good short. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Much more unique and memorable than the film that followed it, Sanjay's Super Team is visually stunning and is well thought out in its portrayal of Hindu culture (as best I know as somebody who merely studied about it in Religion lessons, as a Christian)...and makes one wish that, with the superhero movies becoming ubiquitous over the last decade, this was turned into a feature film instead. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review yash b "Sanjay's Super Team" is a very sweet and personal short film that is a big win for Indian representation. The story is simple enough but I think anyone who at any point was a child in an Indian household can find something to relate to in this one because I certainly did to some extent. The movie is straightforward in its story, but the ending is touching and it made me feel very happy with how it played out. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A nice look at a religion told in a fun and insightful way. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Simply awesome for a short. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member This is adorable & I love that the director wrote this for him and his dad. I can see any child turning their gods into superheroes.
