Audience Member Easily one of my favourite SSD movies. Wonderful story based around the terrible floods in Hurricane Katrina that reunites the amazing Keb Mo's character with his lost love plus Shane and Oliver's romance finally blossoms. A great watch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Signed Sealed Delivered: Higher Ground should not be viewed as a stand alone film but part of the Hallmark Signed Sealed Delivered series. The series, like anything Hallmark, can be a bit too wholesome, patriotic, and sentimental, but its strong, complex characters really grow on you. Even though the story arcs feel like they move at the pace of molasses, you become invested enough to care and keep coming back. Higher Ground includes some plot developments viewers have waited a long time for and is a great instalment in the series. It's extra special because of the addition of the wonderful Keb Mo. These films may speak to me more as someone who has always had a romantic notion of mail, but they definitely will make you want to send more letters. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member At least the couples are moving their relationships along. Minus 1 star for Kristin Booth's character disappear for a large portion of the movie. You can't break up the fab four of the DLO! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews
