Although this documentary is made within the Italian director's quite personal view of a specific (but not insignificant) moment in Zappa's life, it is extremely well-made, very thorough and manages to present revelatory insight and some very moving scenes.

Perhaps more can be said about the director, his journey, and his relationship with his father; but this documentary is all about Frank Zappa, one of the most eccentric, and very talented, musicians of our time, as well as insights into his band, his family, and some influential friends too.
