Synopsis
Gen. Hsiung (Chen Sing) and his men plot their return to power against the Qing Dynasty, which earlier ousted them. An agent for the government, Yao Shan-tien (Carter Huang), taps his deadliest fighter, Fu Feng (Bruce Lai), to undermine the conspiracy. Gen. Hsiung is a master of the double cross, however, and he convinces many Qing loyalists to support him and not the dynasty. With numbers against them, Fu and Yao must develop new fighting techniques to catch their opponents off guard.
