Mike P This is watchable and interesting; and these two are such great beloved actors, and everyone loves them so much...so it's great seeing them together again...Particularly Klugman, who was suffering from Laryngeal Cancer, (which he actually developed during the original run of the show, believe it or not!) The problem is though Klugman's voice is so deteriorated at this point; it's hard to hear or understand him; and that really distracts from the whole show. I'm thinking they could have remastered his voice a little bit, (even in 1993 they DID have that technology)...And they could have hired Rich Little to dub alot of it for him. That stuff would have helped. Unfortunately, though, they DIDN'T do those things...instead they just decided to roll the tape, and everyone sort of pretended it wasn't a problem, when it was...So, missed opportunity here...Not a bad show...But not a good one, sadly, due to the obvious technical difficulty I just mentioned.
