Audience Member While Nolan's 'Dunkirk' finds the spotlight, it's worthwhile looking back at this forgotten French War film which dedicates its 2 hours to 2 days spent at Dunkirk along with sympathetic characters lead by Belmondo. 'Un Week-End à Zuydcoote' is these simple moments with soldiers, their perceptions, their actions, their encounters and the circumstances - all in the dialogue and the filmography. It's just a fine film, which deserves (among so many others) its recognition. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
