Synopsis
A new twist on the home-search TV show theme asks shoppers who think they have found a perfect place to live to think again. There may be better homes on the market, says real estate agents JoJo Jones and Christopher Kromer, and their task is to find for-sale properties that not only surpass home buyers' wish lists but also offer the best possible investment for the money. Jones and Kromer each find one new home that they believe fits the criteria, and then it's up to the buyers to either stick with their original selection or tell one of the agents that he or she "beat the house."
