Like anyone who works long hours, he still needs to put aside some time to have fun with his family.This series documents the Valastros as they head into an RV to take a memorable summer road trip through the South. Buddy, wife Lisa and their four children begin in their home state of New Jersey, then head south through South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Louisiana as they experience some of the best things the region has to offer.
