Synopsis
There are worse things in the world to be obsessed with than food. Especially if it's the culinary wonders that are always within Troy Johnson's reach. "Crave" introduces viewers to Johnson, a San Diego-based food critic and journalist who will travel anywhere and try anything to satisfy his flavorful cravings. His expeditions are also educational -- Johnson discusses how a particular dish or trend was born, how it's made, the science behind it, and even other folks who are just as crazy as him about good eats.
