Synopsis
A dated 1960s ranch-style home in Burlington, Vt., is fully renovated and furnished, then one lucky viewer is chosen to win it in DIY Network's first-ever "Ultimate Retreat" giveaway. Episodes are hosted by licensed contractor and DIY fan-favorite Jason Cameron, who pulls out all the stops to reinvent the two-bedroom, two-bath home, filling it with vintage goods, high-end finishes and natural materials that lend a "rustic meets refined" ambience. With the help of network co-workers including Eric Griffin ("Amazing Space") and Matt Blashaw ("Yard Crashers"), Cameron oversees the making of a show-stopping retreat on the shores of Lake Champlain.
