Synopsis
Just when you thought it was safe in the kitchen ... Bam! He's back! Larger-than-life chef Emeril Lagasse is not just in the kitchen this time around, though, he's also searching through markets for the freshest ingredients he can find. Fresh food, prepared quickly, to fit into the most hectic of lifestyles -- that's the crowd Lagasse's aiming to reach. He'll demonstrate how to whip up a salad dressing, make familiar dishes like tuna melts and hangar steak, and introduce palates to more upscale fare such as wine-marinated escargot. Whatever the menu, you can be sure the ingredients were on the farm or in the ocean just hours earlier.
