Synopsis
Wildlife filmmaker Simon Kings brings his family along for this adventure, which finds them living in the Shetland Islands. King, with wife Marguerite and daughter Savannah, rents a cottage, and the family spends time braving harsh elements, including high winds, driving rain and -- given the proximity to the North Pole -- darkness for eight months of the year. The family tolerates the conditions in order to film wildlife in spectacular settings. And there's plenty of wildlife to film, including otters, killer whales, seals and more in their natural habitats.
