94% 16 Reviews Tomatometer 60% 100+ Ratings Audience Score An oddball family of employees at supersized megastore Cloud 9 tackles the day-to-day grind of rabid bargain hunters, riot-causing sales and nap-worthy training sessions. Stalwart employee Amy is just trying to hold it all together despite the best efforts of her daftly clueless manager Glen and his iron-fisted assistant Dina. Rounding out the crew is new hire Jonah, a dreamy dreamer, sardonic Garrett, ambitious Mateo and sweet young Cheyenne. Kelly Lawler USA Today We probably won't miss the store, but we'll miss its employees dearly. Mar 26, 2021 Full Review Ben Travers indieWire It inspired and educated; it made us laugh and cry; it surprised us and gave us exactly what we needed. It invested in people. Mar 26, 2021 Full Review Saloni Gajjar AV Club Superstore really did have a solid ability to turn oddities like this one into laugh-out-loud humor. Rated: A- Mar 26, 2021 Full Review Michael Cuby them. In many ways, it was the only series I really trusted to tackle this tragic moment... [Full review in Spanish] Nov 15, 2021 Full Review Linnete Manrique PopMatters Despite Superstore's focus on the cruelty of corporate America and the precarious situation of working-class people, it's never a depressing show. It's full of joy and warmth, reveling in the eccentricities of its characters. Jul 20, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Random T Easily the worst season of the show; given the direction they were going in here, it's probably for the best that the show was cancelled Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/24 Full Review Pathetic b The writing is a lot weaker and IS baffeling. Because it is REALLY noticable. It is showcase of what it means to always be passive aggressive. But NOT funny. Like a rush to some kind of finish line. So the critical reviews don't make a lot of sense to me. But this website is seriously broken. Sorry Rottentomatoes. There are so many half star/one star, one sentence reviews in here complaining about this season being "woke" when the show has been about lgbtq rights, diversity, womens rights, white priviledge and making fun of evangelical christians. Since the pilot. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/13/23 Full Review letaiser it got way worse in the 3rd and 4rd season the sitcom was watchable but here I didn't like it Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/03/23 Full Review carson h Unfortunately Superstores 6th and final season is total crap. Way too much political pandering and felt stale and unfunny. Very sad to see after having a show go 5 season strong being funny and actually keeping you interested and invested then all the sudden switch to something you don't even recognize any more. Hate to see it go this way but seasons 1-5 are definitely a must watch. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/27/23 Full Review Anonymus L Love this show, highly underrated though, it's also very sad at the ending I cried. "Thank you for shopping with us, Cloud 9 is now closed." Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/07/23 Full Review Andrei D Light, funny, mostly intelligent Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a review
