i'm a sucker for reality television, specially this family drama/living life type of shows! been loving this one in particular since season one and this time it wasn't an exception! new year, new september, new d'amelio season. this time, as its slogan portrays, the filters are off. we have more drama than ever, the direct consequences from the events that happened last season and in between and a lot of news for the family. marc and heidy's big plot in this one was their almost divorce and marriage problems that emerged from her being on DWTS. support for heidy on that one. marc should just grow up and let her family be. also, their story was aligned with dixie, since they favor charli over her and that's frustrating and annoying. charli has a new boyfriend and is not feeling that well with her personal and family management. she hints wanting to do only the things she likes and on her own, meaning she doesn't want to be attached to her family or in that close of a manner when talking about business. respectable and nice, rooting for you girl!!! finally, the icon, the legend → DIXIE D'AMELIO! that bitch is my personality. like i'm her all the time. the most reliable member of the family. the more interesting to explore and definitely the one with the most issues to resolve. i loved seeing dixie combat everything she had to against her family and the media, and as well as for her sister, i'm rooting for her always and wanting the best things to come her way!!! the show is not that big of a deal. i mean in the end it's reality television and we don't exactly know what's the truth and what isn't it. personally, i enjoy it very much and the person i become in the time i'm watching it. more confident. more reliable. and a little bit more understood. hopefully it gets renewed and i can be watching and saying the same next september around <3

This season definitely had a bit more of content in respect to the other ones. Although, this season is the season that does make you hate the family the most. If in the first season you had pity for the girls, now you feel that all of them are just superficial and a bit stupid, especially Charlie. Now, I'm sure they are not like that, but the show itself doesn't create any good press for D'Amelio sisters. And the parents still seem to be obsessed with the fame and money and not with the well-being of their kids. The mom gives the vibe of someone that lost her chance to be famous and now is doing it through her kids.
