Synopsis
Steven Rinella would have felt right at home as an explorer during the 19th century. He's a modern-day hunter-gatherer, and "The Wild Within" documents Rinella's resourcefulness, outdoor skills and pioneer spirit as he lives off the land. He explores the world's diverse subcultures that keep their hunting, fishing and gathering traditions alive, all the while staying true to the tradition of sustenance hunting: nothing that is harvested goes to waste.
