A great example of friends to lovers from Hallmark. I love they are doing this limited series and Mae Whitman is such a refreshing lead Go to Full Review

Set in a twinkly, idyllic English village, the show creates a gorgeous and well-established world for the characters to inhabit, with universally great performances elevating the material. Go to Full Review

S F @Suzie4 Jan 2 Hallmark was able to cast the ugliest stupidest people ever. Mae Whitman has a loud obnoxious voice. The writers did well in some of the story line. I would not waste your time watching. See more D L Dec 29 A very cute story that warms your heart. The characters are real, everyone is not a CEO or super model… but people we can all relate to. Before you say "boring", its actually not… its just nice See more Alice anne D @AliceAnneD Dec 28 There is much to applaud, such as good acting and some creative ways to approach dating and relationships, but 6 episodes? There is simply not enough substance to keep up one's interest and that's not because the characters are lacking. Perhaps more context? If one was following the protagonists, the 12 dates AND a socio/historical set of circumstances there would be more to hold one's attention. See more Jamie R @JJR111 Dec 15 Cute, light, easy to watch. Fun. See more Va M Dec 13 Started watching as a fan of Jane Seymour, but honestly this show is terrible. The only likeable characters are the dad and the posh pie guy. Everyone else, including the main character are awful. Kate is repugnant as an underachieving, sarcastic, complainer - hardly "the catch" that her interfering friend claims she is. Kate is her own worst enemy in every situation. Not hard to figure out why, as her annoyingly self-absorbed mother is completely oblivious to the fact that no one wants her around - because she's a horrible human being! Even Jane Seymour's character lacks the charm I'd expect to see from her. All around, a solid disappointment. Skip it! See more Bookishly B. @lilearthquakes Dec 8 This is a great concept and Mae Whitman is wonderful, snarky and refreshing for a Hallmark series. See more Read all reviews
