Best known as the executive producer of DC superhero shows like "Arrow" (The CW, 2012-) and "The Flash" (The CW, 2014-), Andrew Kreisberg's fame became overshadowed by scandal in 2017, when he was accused by a number of women he had worked with of sexual harassment. Born in Scarsdale, New York in 1971, Kreisberg graduated from Boston University College of Communication. After working as a casting assistant on the series "Boy Meets World" (ABC, 1993-2000), Kreisberg landed his first big break writing on the sitcom "Malcolm and Eddie" (UPN, 1996-2000) in 1998. He would quickly find himself working as a writer on increasingly prominent shows like "Mission Hill" (Cartoon Network, 1999-2002) and "The Simpsons" (Fox, 1989-), before he became a co-executive producer on the series "Boston Legal" (ABC, 2004-08). A lifelong fan of comics, Kreisberg was given the opportunity to write for the Green Arrow and Black Canary and Batman Confidential comic books in 2007, before moving on to write his own independent comic, Helen Killer in 2008. Kreisberg would eventually become the executive producer the sci-fi tinged shows "Fringe" (Fox, 2008-2013), "Warehouse 13" (Syfy, 2009-2014), and "The Vampire Diaries" (CW, 2009-2017) before he brought "Arrow," "The Flash," and "Supergirl" (CBS/CW, 2015-) to the screen.
