David Toney
David Toney was an actor who worked in television most of his Hollywood career. Toney marked his early career with roles in "In Living Color" (1989-1994), "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010) and the comedy "Lonely in America" (1991) with Ranjit Chowdhry. He then acted in "Cosby" (CBS, 1996-2000) and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). More recently, Toney acted in the crime flick "The Thomas Crown Affair" (1999) with Pierce Brosnan.
