Don Foster

An American television writer and producer, Don Foster is a sitcom veteran. Foster got his show-business start penning episodes of the popular domestic comedy "Roseanne" during the early 1990s. In '91, he co-wrote the TV special "Tom Arnold: The Naked Truth," along with Judd Apatow and Arnold himself, and he contributed briefly to comedian Louie Anderson's short-lived series "The Louie Show." Foster became one of the key writers and producers on the playful sitcom "Dharma & Greg" in '97, and penned more than 25 episodes over the course of the show's five seasons. In 2003, Foster reunited with "Dharma & Greg" co-creator Chuck Lorre, to work on "Two and a Half Men," writing more than 75 episodes and executive producing the popular series. In addition to his contributions to "Two and a Half Men," Foster has also served as an executive consultant on yet another Lorre TV show, "The Big Bang Theory."
