John Hodgman kickstarted his acting career with roles in various dramas, such as "Battlestar Galactica" (Syfy, 2004). He had a part on the television special "Reel Comedy: Walk Hard" (Comedy Central, 2007-08). Hodgman launched his entertainment career by acting in films like "Baby Mama" (2008) with Tina Fey. Hodgman also lent his vocal talents to "Phineas and Ferb" (Disney, 2006-2013). He then appeared in "The Invention of Lying" (2009) with Ricky Gervais, "Arthur" (2011) with Russell Brand and the Neil Patrick Harris comedy "The Best and the Brightest" (2011).
