Sandra Seacat

Sandra Seacat's success as an actress began when she was a mere 15 years old. Seacat's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the drama "The Rose" (1979) with Bette Midler, "The Kidnapping of the President" (1980) and the comedic drama "Jane Austen in Manhattan" (1980) with Anne Baxter. She also appeared in the Jessica Lange biopic drama "Frances" (1982) and the Steve Railsback adventure "The Golden Seal" (1983). Seacat also lent her vocal talents to the crime flick "Night Moves" (1975) with Gene Hackman. In the nineties, Seacat devoted her time to various credits, such as "In the Spirit" (1990), "Born Yesterday" with Melanie Griffith (1993) and "The New Age" (1994). She also worked on "The Destiny of Marty Fine" with Alan Gelfant (1995). More recently, she continued to act in the Jack Kerrigan drama "A Little Crazy" (2003), the Mark Ruffalo drama "Sympathy for Delicious" (2011) and the Wes Bentley drama "The Time Being" (2013). Seacat most recently acted in "Alex of Venice" (2015). Sandra Seacat died on January 17, 2023 in Santa Monica, CA at the age of 86.
