God... this is the single worst movie I've ever seen. I hated it so much. The first 40 minutes or so are watch able but once you get to the scene with the Amazons stop watching. I mean it stop. Everything past that is idiocy after idiocy after contrivance after idiocy and it is just appalling. If you watch this movie then you will for the rest of your life wish you could go back in time and kill yourself the day you saw it. The effects look 30 years out of date and I could do better effects on ZU3D. The plot is entirely centred around the 7 pieces of Zeus's magical macguffin and the final showdown becomes a fight between two animals that could have been drawn better by 7 year old. They also clearly didn't have enough female extras as many of the Amazons are clearly men in masks. So overall, terrible movie, don't subject yourself to the horror that is Adventures of Hercules.

We no longer need you. Get rid of yourself.
A group of gods have stolen the seven thunderbolts from Zeus and placed them on different locations on Earth. They are each guarded by a strange creature. A fire demon of sorts is killing innocents and the only way he can be stopped is with the thunderbolts. Hercules will return from his constellation form to Earth to gather the thunderbolts and destroy the demon.

Luigi Cozzi, director of Demons 6, Paganini Horror, Hercules, Godzilla (1977), Contamination, and Take All of Me, delivers The Adventures of Hercules. The storyline for this movie is awful. My aunt said it best while watching this with me - This felt like a pornographic film with no sex. The script is awful, the acting is awful, the special effects are awful, and the conclusion is awful. The cast includes Lou Ferrigno, Milly Calcucci, Sonia Viviani, Carla Ferrigno, and Eva Robbins.

I used to love these movies as a kid (sorry, I had to admit that). I came across this while flicking through the channels this week and decided to DVR it. Well, this is VERY bad (i.e. not remotely good). The pornographic reference earlier was perfect, except a little sex would have made this a 3 or 4. Overall, I recommend completely skipping this movie.
