Apasmara: Oh Brahma, not him. Urainia: Yes. You know how Jeffrey started? I talked with the woman who did his hiring. Jeffrey requested graduate students, and he paid these grad students much more than the going customer service wage at that time because he wanted great, smart, overqualified employees to be his staff. And he wanted to treat them well. Apasmara: What happened? Urainia: Your dwarf genes, I'm afraid. He forgot what made his company special and successful in the first place. Apasmara: Does he still need to hire overqualified employ- Urainia: (hits gavel on table) No. Anyone who wants a piddly task at his firm shall have it and he shall treat every piddly person task handler as a king, because that is what will keep him alive.
