Patrick King Cultured Vultures I just don't know if I can give this movie my so-bad-it's-good seal of approval, though I can't say I didn't have fun, despite an abundance of head-scratching moments. Diane B The concept of the movie was good. The acting and cinematography were awful. Really poor quality. Holes all over the place in the story. The so-called twists did not even make sense. This really could have been a great movie if it was done correctly. Someone do a remake! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 08/24/24 Full Review Ashley C Director: Getty - Producer: Getty - Screenwriter: Getty. And who was "star" of the film? Oh, yeah. Never mind. This movie is so bad it's actually... Bad! This project (from start to finish) was little more than an ego trip from hell. Too bad the producer couldn't tell the scriptwriter he didn't know what the hell he was doing because, well... This movie shows what happens when a group of dysfunctional highschool students (who are on detention because they clearly have "issues" with their attitude) are told they have 2 choices: Indefinite detention or 48 hours to come up with a working script for the upcoming Christmas Play at their school. Come to think of it, I would actually go see that Christmas Play if only to have a shred of hope that - by seeing that play - I might eventually remove all traces in my brain of ever having seen this movie. I will now forever regret every bad review I ever gave to all the Pauly Shore movies I ever saw. 😬 Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/11/24 Full Review Mike J They should have taken two hours and watched a good movie in this genre to try and get something right. Horrific script, not even close to reality lines and responses, or anything that would actually happen, lackluster acting at best - look, making movies is extremely difficult, it's a major accomplishment to get anything out there, but this was so cringe throughout that couldn't even suspend belief to follow. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/05/23 Full Review raul R Lots of plots holes, should have gotten better actors, definitely looks low budget. It's a poorly attempt at imitating Angel Has Fallen. I only watched it to the end to see how silly was gonna get, and trust me, it gets sillier by the minute. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/10/23 Full Review Care M The BEST of the WORST! I gave this 5 stars because I do not want to be alone on the Island of Stupidity for sitting through this train wreck, and I hope people will find my review as humorous as the totality of this high school film class project. No, sorry, film class projects are WAY better! It's sooooooo bad you can't stop watching. So why did we? We were bored, a little hung over and it was raining, so we decided to critique the shizzle out of it and play a game..'spot the CGI', but this movie couldn't afford nor has any idea what that is, so it became ‘spot the microfiche overlay'. The sad reality is the plot is cool and with…I don't know…a director or actors and ummm maybe a camera NOT from a gym all machine, could have been a great movie…ohhhh wait….the last 5 minutes took a left🤦🏼‍♀️ , or west or…IDK. My husband's favorite scene is when the FBI dude tells Ryan (because this movie has a Ryan, no no not Jack and Bannens, no no not Banning), "I'm sending you the location of a safe house. Throw out your phone they can only track you visually", he immediately throws out the phone…dude ya could have waited for the location but he arrives unscathed to this super secret locale 🤣 Ohhhh I wish Mystery Science Theater was still around! That was fun! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/06/22 Full Review Audience Member The Script is so bad it's almost laughable. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
