Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Filmed at night in Caracas, Venezuela, production values (sound and photography) on this low budget film is terrible. The actors fare better especially Erich Wildpret as the transvestite, Clemencia. The screenplay is similar to "Crash" but this time it involves a freeway incident where our main characters intersect. Movie then gives you background on their lives. The best story is the first one with Clemencia and an abandoned teenager, Tony, played by adorable Alejandro Chaban. The one with Beatriz as a frustrated wife taking all her bank earnings is not fully realized. I really didn't like the fourth story with the cab driver (Carlos Miranda) who is annoying with this platitudes--but it's funny to hear the passengers ask him to "Shut up" since it's my thoughts exactly. "Amor en concreto" is only enjoyable if you like off beat films.
