Synopsis
Famous Hollywood director Alex Bradey (Fisher Stevens) has a secret from the past: a film of a young woman killed in a motorcycle crash. Bradey claims he wasn't present at the filming, and the official investigation concluded the death was accidental, but when the woman's brother appears with a copy of the tape, Bradey stages another "accidental" death, this time on the set of his new film. Det. Lt. Columbo (Peter Falk) is determined to prove the filmmaker's guilt.
