Josh Terry Deseret News (Salt Lake City) People of all backgrounds can find a useful message in Kennamer's film. There's not a lot of debate about the idea that we could all use a few more vegetables in our diets and a lot less junk food. Rated: 2.5/4 Mar 17, 2017 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru Filled with useful and essential information that could inspire you to become a vegetarian or vegan and to steer clear of any food product that has more than a few ingredients in its label. the s This documentary is actually pretty maddening. And there is at least some factually wrong information included in it. There's 45 minutes of people who eat healthy talking about how they "thought" they were eating healthy (spoiler alert: they actually were eating healthy) but according to the documentary, they were eating "junk." Never mind that they're eating 90 times better than the average American, it's still not "healthy." But the filmmakers never really make it clear how eating healthy isn't considered "healthy" in their minds. Yes, we get Americans eat garbage and garbage causes inflammation and illness but the diet these people finally suggest is WAY out of the reach (economically) of the average American and you'd have to adjust your entire life to make it work. Who doesn't have 3 hours per day to prepare "healthy" meals? LOL Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Dave E It is a commercial for Veganism that contains interesting information for anyone considering that lifestyle. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Jaka V A great film to jog the viewer towards a more plant based eating. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/21/19 Full Review Audience Member Excellent & informative. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Another excellent documentary on the health benefits of plant-based eating!! Wow, I'm so inspired to take my already vegan diet to the next level and cut out the added oils, sugars, and fats! This film will change and even save people's lives!
