Audience Member I saw this at the Ohio Independent Film Festival in 2014. The phrase "the more things change, the more they stay the same" comes to mind. Racist crimes in Tulsa, OK that occurred 90 years apart are used to illustrate how racism is still alive and well, though perhaps hidden under the surface, in America. There are lots of talking heads, some expressing uncomfortable opinions and some sharing cold facts. The filmmakers go a little overboard in using stock footage and graphics.
