Extremely dry history lesson. You'll learn something, but won't be entertained in any way shape or form.

Sober presentation of the French authoritarian government and its enthusiastic collaboration with the Nazi regime. Chabrol lets the Vichy propaganda roll, intervening rarely, letting it speak for itself. He leaves it to the spectator to perceive the sordid ironies, like the display of gallant social events taking place at the Vel' d'Hiv, or the cheerful commercials for great new clothes made of human hair.

Good if you're into this sort of thing. It's comprised entirely of Vichy propaganda, and the cartoon short featuring Donald Duck and Popeye ordered to bomb France by a Jew is gold.
