The pair joins with street musicians Isaac (Max Bozyk) and Froim (Leon Liebgold). Yiddle soon falls in love with Froim, but must maintain her masquerade. When the beautiful singer Tiebele (D.       Audience Member Ein bisschen yidischkeit mit Musik! Schoenen Blick in einen vergangenen (leider) Zeitpunkt. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Molly Picon is one of my favorite actresses. Filmed prior to WWII during a period when Yiddish theatre was at its height, this is an important film whose roots reach to later works such as "Yentl" and "Fiddler on the Roof."
