Undiscovered talent of all ages -- singers, dancers, magicians, comics, musicians, ventriloquists and more -- appear before celebrity judges who decide which contestants move on in the competition each week. With the guidance of the show's host, the audience learns the backstories of these amazing people as they strive to make it to the finale, where one talented performer wins a life-changing $1 million prize. A select few join the most memorable and extraordinary acts from previous years, along with favorite contestants from other international Got Talent franchises, and return to the stage to show off their talents in hopes of impressing the judges' panel once again and taking home the title of America's "World Champion."

David Hinckley New York Daily News What we don't know yet, and can't, is how well Stern will cut to the truth when the goofy acts have gone home... There was no indication he can't do it. But all Monday proved for sure is this is the show where he belongs. Feb 5, 2020 Full Review Jonathan Bernstein Guardian I like the idea of Howard Stern -- even this milk-of-human-kindness version -- taking up at least three hours of network television all the way through the summer. I just don't think America's Got Talent is a particularly good show. Feb 5, 2020 Full Review Robert Lloyd Los Angeles Times The purest expression of the form, making room as it does for all manner of performing arts and crafts. Feb 3, 2020 Full Review Melissa Molina ScreenCrush Between all of the laughter, tears, sometimes questionable judging and intriguing acts, this surely was a heck of a season. Feb 5, 2020 Full Review Alan Pergament Buffalo News Now, I'm no prude. I can enjoy a good dirty joke with the best of them. But from a 12-year-old boy in the sixth grade? On national TV? On a show the entire family could enjoy? No thanks. Feb 3, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
