Whether set in 1940s Los Angeles, the jungles of South America or the dangerous islands of the South Pacific, "Archer" is an animated comedy that spans time and place to navigate Sterling, Lana, Cheryl/Carol/Charlotte, Cyril, Pam, Ray and Krieger's misguided misadventures that range from attempting to save the world from nuclear disaster to selling illegal narcotics to Colombian cartels. Audience Member [⭐️82%] Season four of Archer kicks off with a hilarious cameo for fans of H. Jon Benjamin's other work, and continues the laughs throughout every episode till the end. Once again consistently delivering quality entertainment from start to finish. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member If you haven't checked out this show yet you need to. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Archer season four is one of the best seasons full of great voice acting and always the lovable cast Archer, Cyril, lana, and the crazy doctor Krieger this season is full of action and laughs 10/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Seamlessly building on every single character while adding new ones that don't feel out of place, Season 4 of Archer cranks the raunch up to a gleefully obscene point but never loses the intelligence and wit of its humor. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Archer is one of the best written comedies on television and with Season 4, they remain atop the animated sitcom world. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member If Archer's 4th season is slightly less enjoyable than the previous three, then it's only because it's no longer feeling so novel (which might be why the format was rebooted for the fifth season). Plenty of great episodes here though such as Legs, Once Bitten, and the two-part closer Sea Tunt which pays reference/homage to Sealab 2021. I still can't fathom why Adult Swim passed on this series. Alison Willmore indieWire Archer and company haven't grown up so much as they've grown, slowly, richer and more rounded. Jan 2, 2014 Full Review Jeremy Stahl Slate Archer is one of the linchpins of an FX comedy lineup that rivals some of best network sitcom schedules ever constructed. Jan 2, 2014 Full Review Alan Sepinwall HitFix A very promising start to the season. Jan 17, 2013 Full Review Randy Dankievitch Processed Media Like I said, this show has mastered its formula as only the best shows on TV know how to - and 'Fugue and Riffs' is a fine example of that mastery. Rated: A- Feb 20, 2020 Full Review James Stansfield Den of Geek Season four of Archer ended on a high and triumphant note and was in keeping with a run which hasn't been perfect with an odd dud in the mix but has kept up the exceptional quality of this massively underrated programme. Oct 30, 2019 Full Review Jessica Rawden CinemaBlend Archer is a fast-paced adventure story that also manages to look at the banalities of working with the same group of people... all while making brilliant observations about the hang-ups, insecurities, and generally personalities of its characters.
