Bob believes his burgers speak for themselves and isn't afraid to offer a variety of off-beat creations. Bob's wife, Linda, supports his dream but is becoming sick of the slow times, as the restaurant is constantly in danger of going out of business. Despite the challenges, which includes consistent harassment from Linda's ex -- a health inspector -- Bob tries to keep the grill sizzling. The jokes may not be as hilarious as before, and the characters while still super charming lost their novelty and doesn't surprise anymore, but Bob's Burgers still manage to be good and to not try to jump the shark. The show knows where its strength is: in how relatable its characters can be, even in their chaotic but loveable dynamic. My only complaint is Teddy, I realized that this character is taking more and more place in the show and to be honest he is annoying and loud. Here are my favorite episodes this season: "Show Mama From the Grave" and "Amelia" (both very emotional) and "Mother Author Laser Pointer" for the funny side of the show. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/05/23 Full Review Catalina S After 12 seasons of delightful stories and light serialization I was so excited to see the character development in season 13. I honestly cried watching Louise and her family talk about life being boring sometimes, and watching her and Linda talk about living in the world as a woman and how to believe in yourself. I really really hope the next season continues all the characters growth, I love this family for being one of the few shows on my roster that gives me 30 minutes of easy to follow, sweet stories.
