"Arrow" and "The Flash" have some new superhero company in the CW's lineup with the addition of "DC's Legends of Tomorrow." After seeing what doom the future holds, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter realizes heroes alone are not enough to prevent the impending catastrophe that threatens the planet. Tasked with recruiting both heroes and villains, Rip brings together a ragtag team of divergent talents, which includes the likes of Sara Lance, Ray Palmer, and Heat Wave. Although the team continually adds and loses members, their goal is always the same -- prevent supervillains from destroying time itself.

Valerie Anne Autostraddle The show really is about the characters. Oct 22, 2021 Full Review Sara Ghaleb Vox The goofiest corner of The CW's Arrowverse became its best self in season three. Apr 18, 2018 Full Review Allison Shoemaker CBR May it be so off-kilter, odd, and free of the stuffily-suited Time Turds for the rest of its days. Dec 12, 2017 Full Review David Hogan hoganreviews.co.uk LoT Season 3 kept up the fun mix of action, humour and a little bit of drama, plus rotated the cast a bit, keeping it feeling fresher. Rated: 4/5 Feb 17, 2019 Full Review Jennifer Ann Tell-Tale TV Legends of Tomorrow may occasionally stumble a bit throughout their seasons, but this is a show that DELIVERS on their finales. This episode is no exception and, really, this might be their best finale yet. Freedom T Best the show could possibly be to be honest Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/23 Full Review jayson b This season was fun and silly. It did it's own thing which the previous seasons were a bit afraid to do. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Liam S Pretty good, no major plot points that make it stand out though. Just a good season. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/22 Full Review Audience Member My favorite season of the whole show, DEFINITE RECOMEND Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I always remembered DC LEGENDS OF TOMORROW 3rd season as being the best the series came up with. My most recent watch showed me otherwise. Season 2 is the best. THE NEGATIVE: Too goofy in my own opinion, some of the characters barely use their powers AKA Ray Palmer. Stein-Jax also both barely used their powers, wich is VERY sad for me. Season 2 was VERY consistant on its quality, each episode had harmony. Some episodes clashes with each other in Season 3. Mallaus as a vilain is much weakier then the legion of doom, hes boring and he drag down the show by a lot. The water witch and grand daugther to amaya is also another boring vilain. Another quest of Mcguffin? Totems of zenbazi may be more interresting then the pieces of the spear of destiny but their end goal objective is a bit boring. When a totem goes into nora-damian hands, stakes never truly feel as high as when the legion of doom could get a piece of the spear of destiny, despite being stronger mcguffin since they give powers. THE POSITIVES: Damian Dark, Nora. these two make you forget about the other bad vilain since they carry on their shoulders the role of interresting and appealing vilains. The legends still know how to give you smiles, a lot of scenes are funny. The super hero aspect of the show is still around, most legends are still using their super powers. the time bureau is a nice replacement for the time masters. Rip Hunter was as great as any other past season. Each character feel different, they are truly a team of outcast. Eva and Zari are two amazing new characters that gave us great time. Gary wasen't the best character but he didn't have such a huge role in the series so the pill was more easy to swallow. John Constantine was AMAZING as usual. Some parts of the story were really dark and appealing. A lot of episodes were emotionnal. The story mattered and outside of 3 or 4 episodes, most of the season wasen't filled of fillers. The season was really entertaining. some episodes were bad but other were AMAZING. Despite being character driven, the show was well written and the story made sense. Choices characters take make sense with the seeds given. Even if the negative take more space in this review, i still felt like the positive out weight the bad. Can't wait to re watch!!! i suggest to everyone to watch this amazing season. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Season 3 straight-up starts with the bang that the previous season left at, and is pretty much the guarantee that the show will never go back to those pathetic roots of Season 1. The Legends fight Julius Caesar here, fight the Vietnam War and once again, take on Damien Darhk who, this time around, is an actual threatening villain. New characters like Nora and Zari are introduced who bring a lot to the table. I really liked that episode where Zari is stuck in a time loop and has one hour before the ship explodes. The ending of this season is the greatest in the entire show, as we get to see the big baby in action - Beebo! I really felt like kissing him on the cheeks because of how adorable he is. Finally in the end Rip Hunter sacrifices himself in a sorrowful death, and Constantine joins in. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
