Audience Member Fatal error in shrinking the cast down during this season. The loss of Munch, who was already criminally unused, and then Capt Kragen meant the SVU squad was simply too small to make it feel realistic and interesting. Older seasons had that beautiful flow with a large ensemble cast (Dr Huang, Stabler, ME Warner, Det Munch, etc...). 5 people can't carry SVU and that's where Season 15 fails - it becomes more of a soap opera than it does a gritty procedural cop show.
